Career Decision Making:

Testers answer a series of questions regarding their interests, such as whether they want to be a sales manager, or whether they want to write a novel, and rate each question from 0 - 2, 2 is interested and 0 is not interested at all. At the end, the scores of these questions are divided into six modules:

Office Operations

After the scores are divided into six modules, the two with the highest scores modules will form a professional code, and then students can use the professional code to find a suitable field in the database for students.

Personality Test:

Help testers deepen their self-understanding and make better career planning. Personality test is a theoretical model for judging and analyzing people's personality. The whole test will summarize and extract four key factors that determine personality from motivation, information collection, decision-making style, and lifestyle.

Through the analysis and judgment of these four elements, we can distinguish people's different underlying personalities.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why do we need to hire another consultant outside the school? How can a consultant know my kid?

First of all, each school consultant teacher is faced with dozens or even hundreds of students, so it is difficult for them to cover everything. It is also difficult to design a study plan for each student that is most suitable for them. So in this case, there is a consultant who knows the student better and can make the way for students to apply to the university unimpeded. Secondly, we have students from different schools every year, so we know the curriculum and requirements of the school better, and even know the teaching style of some teachers. We understand the advantages and disadvantages of each student to better service them.

When should you start planning for university?

Of course, the sooner the better.

In this era of everything is “involution”, going to a top university requires not only academic excellence, but also full development of the student. We can’t just start preparing for university in the 12th grade, we should plan ahead. We should always be ready until the day we receive the final offer!

What if my child doesn't know his / her own future direction or major?

We help students understand their own by using the CDM test. After the completion of the test, the result will become a report and our consultant will use the reports to find out the student’s potential interest.

Will parents be involved in the planning and consultation process?

Parental participation is crucial in the counseling process, which can help our counselors get to know the child better. But because the situation of each family is different, the percentage of parental participation should depend on the comfort level of the student. We do not recommend over participation of parents because the students might be counterproductive.
