Host families are the first step in helping children integrate into local life. By staying with local families, international students can get the family-like care and help them integrate into the local culture and environment more quickly.
For those underage students who can not live independently, choosing a host family is the best choice for them.
To be honest, host families are not their own families, so they are not as comprehensive in taking care of them as they are in their own families.
But if the behavior of the host family is really unsatisfactory, the students do not have to tolerate it. It is best to politely propose it to the host family or contact our teacher. We will work together to find the right solution.
First of all, we all go on a field trip before choosing a host family to make sure they meet the conditions for being a host family, and also pass a background check, such as a criminal record check.
At the same time, we will follow up their accommodation and solve the problems they encounter after they settle down.
