AP Physics (1 and 2)

AP stands for Advanced Placement, which is the university preparatory course. The AP exam was held by the College Board in 1955 to give high school students access to college courses and to complete some of them ahead of schedule if they have the ability to do so. There are 22 categories, including 37 different courses.

AP Physics Divided Into Three Parts :

Here we mainly introduce the contents of AP Physics 1 and 2. First of all, AP Physics 1 and 2 are based on algebra, that is, students do not need to master the content of calculus. It will be much easier compared to AP Physics C.

AP Physics (1) Content :

AP Physics (2) Main Study Areas :

Hence we must learn AP physics (1) before learning AP physics (2).

AP Physics Course Five- Points Rate

From the point of view of the examination, the full marks of AP Physics 1 and 2 are much lower than those of AP Physics (C).

This is because the AP Physics 1 and 2 have lower requirements of physics knowledge, so in the examination content, in addition to the calculation part, we will also examine the students’ mastery of theoretical concepts and lab centents.

This is why the five-point rate of AP Physics 1 and 2 is low— too much flextable content.
