AP stands for Advanced Placement, which is the university preparatory course. The AP exam was held by the College Board in 1955 to give high school students access to college courses and to complete some of them ahead of schedule if they have the ability to do so.     AP Psychology, as a basic course for freshmen, allows students to choose from more than 60 majors after entering university, such as education, advertising, journalism, and so on.
